Diane L. Grondin, 59, of Dryden passed away Sunday December 16, 2007 at Brianís House in Davison.
She was born August 22, 1948 in Mt. Clemens the daughter of Dale and Edith (Muir) Wilcox. She graduated from Dryden High School in 1966 and married Paul Grondin on October 16, 1965.
Diane worked at the Dryden Party Store and for Grondinís Hair Centers. She bowled for 25 years and was a world traveler. She was a member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband Paul; daughters, Stefanie (Scott) Huffaker of Lansing, Stacey (Terry) Town of Dryden and Shannon (Rick) Kage of Dryden; and beloved grandchildren, Ariel Huffaker, Emily Huffaker, Ethan Huffaker, Jacob Huffaker, Olivia Huffaker, Isabel Huffaker, Natalie Town, Benjamin Town, Max Kage, Abigail Kage and Ella Kage. Also surviving are brothers David (Vivian) Wilcox of Davison and Dean Wilcox of Petoskey and sister Denise Wilcox of New Hudson.
Funeral Mass will be said today (Wed., Dec. 19) at 11 a.m. at St. Cornelius Catholic Church in Dryden with Fr. Wayne Ureel officiating. Burial will be made in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dryden. Memorials may be made to Brianís House Davison or National Leio-myosarcoma Foundation.
Rosary service was held Tuesday evening at Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Almont.
