Today I visited the Main Street Villa Restaurant which just opened in Capac and I was blown away. I was in the Naval service for 15 years and I visited Italy twice. One town was in northern Italy, Trieste, and the other town was in southern Italy, Gaeta.
When you first walk into the restaurant you do not get overpowered by the way they have it set up. It was like walking into one of the restaurants back in Italy, flowers and vines on the wall, soft music playing—not so loud that it gives you a headache. The restaurant is very clean; they have a non-smoking policy which I like the most.
The service there was excellent, the salad and salad dressing was outstanding and the homemade breadsticks were also outstanding. The spaghetti noodles were outstanding and so were the meatballs. The sauce is still in the beginning stages but with some more input from the customers, the sauce will finally be complete.
Overall I would give this restaurant a rating of between excellent and outstanding.
