Writer criticizes experience of Democrat

Dear Editor,

A good reporter should thoroughly investigate a subject before reporting or writing an opinion type editorial. I believe that Tom Wearing failed in this respect in his column on August 27.

Barack Obama has never drafted a law and put it on the Senate floor for debate since he was elected to the U.S. Senate, but he has written two books. When people take the time to check, Barack Obama didn't do anything as a legislator in Illinois either. He likes to talk but evidently does not like to work.

He has no leadership or executive experience whatsoever, but the DNC puppet masters slicked him all up to fool America into thinking that he - and he alone - is America's savior.

Just how much Senate experience does Barack Obama have in terms of actual work days? Not much.

From the time Barack Obama was sworn in as a United State Senator, to the time he announced he was forming a Presidential exploratory committee, he logged 143 days of experience in the Senate. That's how many days the Senate was actually in session and working. After 143 days of work experience, Obama believed he was ready to be Commander In Chief, Leader of the Free World, and fill the shoes of Abraham Lincoln, F.D.R, J.F.K and Ronald Reagan.

This is a man who criticized John McCain for not being able to use the internet or email. The reason McCain cannot email is because he cannot type, comb his hair or tie his shoes due to injuries sustained when he was shot down over North Vietnam. This is not only a shot at McCain but at every disabled Vet in the United States.

I could go on but I think you get the picture. Not the man I would want as leader of our great nation.
