Help with leukemia fight and see a Tiger game

Dear Editor,

The Detroit Tigers have sold out most, if not all of their games this season.

The Tigers allow non-profit groups, like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, to buy tickets at reduced prices and offer the tickets as a fundraising event for their organization.

We have about 40 tickets still available for the Detroit Tigers vs. Chicago White Sox game on Sat., April 5 at 3:55 pm.

For a $42 donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society readers can enjoy a Tigers game with their family, friends or co-workers.

This will get you a $22 upper box seat ticket in section 332 in rows 13, 14 or 17. and be credited with a donation to help fight blood cancers.

Checks can be made payable to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and sent c/o Mike Manchester, 202 E. Newark Rd., Lapeer, MI 48446. Please call me at 810-667-8424 or 810-667-9202 to confirm that tickets are still available before you send a check. Cash and credit cards are also accepted.

Please help us find a cure for blood cancers.

Mike & Sharon Manchester, Lapeer
