Last week I wrote in about the wonderful teachers, administrators and staff at Imlay City schools.
I would like to add to my letter. I don't want to forget anyone. This group of people are close to my heart because I have worked throughout the years with every one of them and in every school. They are also there early in the mornings and late in the evenings. They do the job that we are not fond of. They are always there at our beck and call.
They set up and tear down. They are always there to make things orderly, clean, open the doors, turn the lights on and are the last ones to leave. And honestly everyone I know does it all without a complaint and with a smile.
None of us could do this without them. Although one year the school system tried. Guess who these people are? Our wonderful, hard-working custodians of Imlay City schools.
By fault of human error and by no means intentionally I didn't mention their great work in the last letter. I appreciate all you do.
