Good times, good friends abound at Sally McGeorge Golf Tournament

Forty teams show up to honor Sally

June 23, 2010
CAPAC — A team consisting of Greg Rahn, Dave Fisher and Joe DeLong shot a 10-under-par 62 output to earn the distinction of Men's Division champions last Saturday at The First Annual Sally McGeorge Memorial Golf Tournament.

Holly Meadows Golf Course is where the action unfolded.

"We had a turnout of 40 teams which is pretty good for a first-year event," Doug McGeorge, Sally's husband, said. "You couldn't have asked for a better day to golf," he noted.
