IMLAY CITY — Imlay City outshot visiting Lakeville 18-1 en route to a 3-0 victory in a non-conference girls' soccer clash Monday afternoon.
There Imlay City used a 1-0 opening half edge and 2-0 second half advantage to prevail.
Chelsea Moore (set up by Morgan Lee), Sarah Hunt (assisted by Lee) and Marcella Alu (set up by Lee) supplied Imlay City's goals.
Marlena Janda handled the goalkeeping chores for Imlay City. Janda finished with one save.
Kevin Kissane has been covering high school sports for the Tri-City Times since 1985. When not standing on a field or court with his camera and notepad, he enjoys golf, travel and family.
