Lutheran North then outscored Capac 14-13 during the next eight minutes, squaring the scoreboard count at 46-46 at the end of regulation play.
In overtime, Lutheran North amassed 10 points and Capac countered with nine.
That left Lutheran North with a 56-55 win to celebrate at night's end.
