I'm proud to announce that we at Focus Studio are collecting new, unwrapped toys for Toys-For-Tots again this year. Last year we filled up and delivered two of the big collection boxes to the Lapeer area Marine's collection center. We know that a lot of families are having a tough time this year and we really want to try to help as many children as we can to have a new toy to open up on Christmas morning. This year we are hoping to grow our collection efforts by offering some great special offers to our friends that donate toys during our two big holiday events.

During our first event we are offering four free wallet photos when we are doing our Holiday Portraits here at Focus Studio, 150 East Third Street, downtown Imlay City. We will be doing our annual Holiday Portraits on Friday Nov 21, Saturday Nov 22 & Sunday Nov 23 from 11-5 each day. We are making appointments already and are asking everyone that can to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate when they come in for their portrait sitting. When they bring a toy in they will receive the additional free wallets, a $10.00 value!

Our second event will be when we are hosting our Annual Customer Appreciation Vendor Show here at Focus Studio on Friday, December 4, from 4-8 p.m. We will have a variety of home party vendors here with great deals on holiday gifts for everyone. When a customer brings in a new unwrapped toy to donate we will give them a ticket to go into a drawing for prizes donated by the participating vendors. This big event will be held the same day as all of the big festivities in downtown Imlay City for our city wide Customer Appreciation Day along with the Winter Parade with our special guest Santa Claus. The Downtown Development Association will also be hosting our annual "Snow Ball Drop" at the end of the parade where both children and adults can win prizes when we drop ping pong balls with free prizes from local merchants from the fire truck ladder. So it will be a big night of excitement in downtown Imlay City! We hope everyone comes out to participate in our fun events and if you can please brings a toy to donate to our worthy cause!
