McDonald's late goal lifts Capac past New Life, 5-4

CAPAC — Ian McDonald capitalized on a pinpoint pass from Patrick Gresell with about five minutes and their collaboration helped propel host Capac past New Life Christian, 5-4, in a non-conference varsity boys' soccer encounter last Thursday afternoon.

With the result, Capac raises its mark to 2-3 overall.

Cameron Lauwers, Albert Rico, Kyle Rice and Gresell collected Capac's other goals that day.

Capac also received one assist apiece from Joe Frazier, Rice and Gresell.

Robert Hall got the win in net for Capac.
