DRYDEN — The Dryden boys' track team completed their 2018 campaign last Saturday at the Division 4 state finals.

Hudsonville Eagle Stadium is where the meet was contested.

Ronny Hudson, 800 run, 2:08.67; led Dryden with a 19th.

The Dryden 3200-meter relay of Brenden Knuth, Andrew Sisler, Ethan Rozanski and Hudson pulled up 19th as well. They were timed in 8:57.06.

Sam Peyerk collected the next best Dryden showing. Peyerk supplied a 400-meter dash clocking of 54.27 seconds, paving the way to a 21st.

Nathan Schenkel (high jump) and Blake Porter (pole vault) also represented Dryden at the meet.

Kalamazoo Hackett (51 points) was the team champion that day. Sand Creek (36 points), Breckenridge (33), Southfield Christian, Whittemore Prescott and Hillsdale Academy (27 each), Fulton, Addison and The Potter's House (23 apiece) plus Hillman and Concord (20 each) nabbed top-ten team showings as well.
