||Good morning Catherine,|
I am hoping you can assist me with obtaining an article you wrote about my boss back in 2006. He is retiring and I would like to get a copy of this article, I know he would be so honored if you could assist us with this task. The article was written by you and published in the Tri-City Times on Wednesday, March 22, 2006. The title: From the frontline "Former Imlay man to report 'unfiltered' stories from Iraq" and the person is Mr. Jerry Newberry. It has been so wonderful to work with Jerry in assisting our Veterans. Veterans are his passion and I know this article would be an amazing gift for him. Thank you for your time and possible assistance.

How nice to hear from you and it is wonderful to hear news of Jerry Newberry! What an outstanding individual! I would be so happy to try to get you a copy of the article in question. I may not be able to provide an actual "newspaper copy" but we may be able to accommodate this request in another way. Can you please email me at
firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information as soon as possible so that we may make arrangements to facilitate your request. I am honored to help.

My name is Lisa Smith, and I am a member of Lapeer Community Theatre. I will be directing a musical for the Christmas season, The Christmas Schooner. I was wondering if the paper could post the audition notice. If so, would it have to be a paid advertisement or could it be put in a calendar section?
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

|A.||Good morning, Kim.|
Thank you for your inquiry. You may be referring to a front page story which appeared in the July 7, 2010 issue under the headline 'Mom's message a brutal reality check.' You should be able to access this story online in our archives.
To be specific, however, the story is about one mother's experience with the loss of her son due to a drug overdose and the circumstances surrounding it. Please contact your local law enforcement and school officials for drug prevention resources and information.
Thanks again for your interest in the Tri-City Times.
